Professional History

Campaign Operations Manager for Growthonics, Nadiul Islam joined the BPO market in late 2015. His journey started as an analyst on night shift, where he worked his way up the ladder to be manager for Dhaka’s digital campaign team. Before this, he worked as a researcher in an advert/marketing company and holds a degree in Economics from North South University in Dhaka.

 

He currently manages a team of 55 highly energetic associates with two hardworking Team Leads.
