THE CHALLENGE

myGwork currently has a small internal sales team, which is likely to shrink further. myGwork hired Growthonics to support their email campaign services and expand the reach of their internal sales team. Given that, Growthonics plays a crucial role in supporting myGwork ’s capabilities and expanding their network.

THE SOLUTION

Growthonics worked with myGwork to source the contact details of employers they wanted to target within certain companies. It’s these decision makers that’ll see the clients demo and decide whether they’ll use their services or not. Growthonics then helped myGwork craft the targeted messaging they wanted to send to those potential employers. As myGwork targets the UK, US and Europe, it was ensured the messaging was tailored for these different markets and work cultures. For instance, client outreach is more direct in the US. Meanwhile, for the UK and Europe, the messaging is friendlier, and there’s more hand-holding.
